apparently at one point, a walmart sold more carrots than they bought.
those shoppers were dumb. there’s far cheaper produce than carrots.

alone. it’s not your fault if your partner has
bad timing and entered the room when the fart was still fresh.

we should occasionally take a break from beating ourselves up to have
a modest “me party” and celebrate the little wins. like, maybe congratulate ourselves for getting out of bed when we felt suicidal, for getting some exercise, even if it was half-assed (better than nothing), maybe for being kind when someone actually didn’t deserve kindness, or maybe for being mature enough to eat a vegetable or simply drink a glass of water.

golf courses and golf balls are horrible for the environment, but folks
need to golf. i guess everyday life is so boring that we need
to shoot a ball into 18 different holes to pass the time.

i volunteered for a psychology experiment that was about
logic and reasoning. in half an hour i was blasted with questions
like this. they made zero sense and hurt my brain. a good way to
feel really dumb and bad about yourself is to volunteer for
psych studies. if you’re lucky, you might get paid.
